PROGRESSIVE BLOCKS WORKING THROUGH GPP (GENERAL PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS) WHERE OVER THE FIRST THREE BLOCKS WE WILL LOOK TO DEVELOP A BASE FOUNDATION OF STRENGTH THROUGH A BROAD USE OF EXERCISE SELECTION, VOLUMES AND INTENSITIES.
